CDMS News presents questions, debates and information that is not a personal opinion and has no bias one way or another on any subject presented. CDMS and CDT are non political and support the policy of finding the showing the evidence. We welcome comments and responses via our email address; nickdubois@cdms-ac.org

At present there are three different categories of 'News Articles' that will be published.

1, Opinion.
2, Information.
3, Factual.

In all three cases, the information being put forward will have been gained either directly from the origins of the primary data or anecdotal with reference to the source. If a mistake occurs an update or retraction will be issued.

Ecological Political Parties, Proving Their Policies (Information, Opinion)

I recently had a meeting with members of a political party that are using the ideology of being ecological as their main feature. I discussed various aspects of their work and why they are 'ecological'. The party members answered a variety of questions, some listed here. When asked about how the Covid-19 pandemic was dealt with they stated they were very happy with the lockdowns, the 'vaccine' and the way in which the pandemic was dealt with locally and globally. I asked about the war in Ukraine and what they felt about it. The response was that everything was Russia's fault and that Europe and America must support Ukraine. Insect decline (Information)

Welcome to the first news item published on the CDMS/CDT website. This article will be updated over time as it is an ongoing experiment. As many of us know, there has been a dramatic decline in insects in many parts of the world, especially pollinating insects. This trend has more than one cause and we will look at that in subsequent pieces. CDT is now in control of a few acres of land in the French Pyrenees that used to be grazed by cattle, but for the last three years has been left fallow.
